Can I return or exchange a Cake product purchased from another retailer?
Only product purchased directly on our website can be returned or exchanged by us. If you have purchased Cake product from a re-seller or another retailer, please contact them in relation to their terms, warranties, returns & exchanges.


Do you accept returns internationally?
We accept returns from over 50 countries to our US, UK or Australian warehouse depending on proximity and other factors. Here's a Handy List.

How do I organize an exchange or refund?
Simply enter your order details in the form below, for us to take you through the process. We will call up your original order details and enable you to select an alternate size to the product/s you ordered or have it refunded.

How long do I have to organize an exchange or refund?
We understand that you're super busy, so our 45 Day Try-on period allows you to order your favourite products online and try it on in the comfort of your own home, just as you would in-store. Not happy with the fit? No problem… You have 45 days from the date of purchase to exchange or return your unworn, unwashed and undamaged product. All products must be retuned in their original condition, with their garment tags and labels in place. Please note we cannot accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on Briefs & Nursing pads for hygiene reasons. Swimwear returns & exchanges must have the hygiene sticker intact.


What if my product is defective?
Cake Maternity will replace a manufacturer’s defect on any product purchased from its online store within 45 days of the product purchase. Due to different distribution and manufacturing agreements in place, in different countries around the world, Cake can only accept product purchased from its online store. Simply enter your ‘Cust Order No’ and ‘Last Name’ in the form above for us to take you through the process. For further clarification on the definition of ‘Defective Product’, please click here.


Can I return products purchased on sale?
Sale products can only be refunded for store credit. Items marked as “Clearance Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


How long will my order take to have my exchange/ refund processed?
Please note worn, soiled or garments without their tags, cannot be accepted for returns or exchanges. Once a product is returned, we will assess your product in line with our terms and conditions, and contact you to confirm. We will send your exchange or apply your refund within 3-5 business days from receipt of your return. We recommend using a track & trace service to send in your returns. This will guarantee receipt and ensure your exchange/ refund is processed. We cannot provide exchanges or refunds for returns we don't receive.


Will I have to pay for postage to send my garments back to Cake?
Yes, the cost for sending the garments back to Cake for a refund or exchange, will need to be pre-paid by yourself.


If I paid for freight, will that be refunded
Only the cost of the product will be refunded for any returns. Any freight cost, duties & surcharges paid upfront will not be refunded.
